Lodging
We encourage participants to make their hotel reservations early to help the organizers make plans and add additional rooms if necessary.
Due to extensive facilities and advantages offered by the Conference Hotel, Embassy Suites Hotel and Casino, we strongly recommend it to the Ibersensor participants. Full breakfast, evening cocktail reception and high speed internet are included in the rate. Students and other participants with a limited budget may consider sharing a suite with another participant. The hotel suites can accommodate up to three adults in separate beds. Participants interested in sharing a suite can notify the organizers and we will put them in contact with others interested.
Overflow of rooms in the Conference hotel will be be managed by the nearby Hotel Verdanza in Isla Verde, Carolina, Puerto Rico. We are also including a list of other hotels in the area that participants may contact directly.
